Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. She was born on the 19th of October, 1979 in Santa Clara County of California Angela Sun is an Award-Winning Journalist, Sportscaster actor and producer. She graduated from University of California with a degree in sociology and communications. Sun's surfing skills were outstanding and she participated in a number of pro-am events. She received sponsorship from major companies, including Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition she received from these surfing events was like a rocket that fueled her entry into the entertainment industry. In the following years, she was an actor, sportscaster, investigational journalist, and film-director. Sun has worked as anchor of news for various channels. Since 2003, she has was an Fox Sports Net reporter. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 together with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute for the 2014 season. She was the sole Asian-American to ever appear as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her the attention of her peers. She worked on movies like Goliath (2016), Hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) as well as Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014, Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an full-length documentary on the effects of plastic pollution in the oceans and how it affects the natural environment.
